Mothers' Mount pre-school as an educational institute envisions to empower the young minds with knowledge, wisdom & the ability to think ahead. The school is dedicated to the cause of ingraining ethics and noble values like honesty, integrity and sincerity in the psyche of young learners. It pursues an incessant. mission of providing world class quality education to the pioneers, entrepreneurs and nation builders of the future. The school has been striving unceasingly to impart high quality education consisting of academic excellence, physical fitness, psychological and spiritual well being along with a high level of social consciousness. We aim to chisel and sculpt enlightened citizens of tomorrow. Our constant effort is to create world leaders who bear the torch of humanity towards the path of progress.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

1. Kindly read the contents of Mothers' Mount Pre School Almanac carefully in the interest of the child, and

2. Whenever you correspond with the school about your son/daughter, kindly quote his/her full name, class

3. Kindly inform the school immediately if there is any change in address or telephone number.

4. Please ensure that the child always wears his/her ID card.

5. No student will be allowed to leave the school premises before the school gets over, unless permission is

6. Please do not send your child to school if he/she is feeling unwell. A proper leave application must be

7. As the medium of instruction in this school is English, students should be helped with regular English

8. Kindly check the uniform and punctuality of your child in the morning.

9. Please maintain close contact with school through almanac and attend all orientation meetings / PTM school functions.

10. Please do not enter the classroom to meet your child or the teacher during the school hours. You can only

11. Kindly encourage your child to take a balanced interest in studies, extra-curricular activities and sports.

12. Kindly encourage the child to complete the homework assigned independently. He/she could be assisted

13. Children when unwell should not be sent to school to attend classes.

SCHOOL CHECKLIST

1. The child must wear the Identification Card every day. In case of loss, please inform the school

2. The child should be neatly dressed in proper uniform, with hair combed/tied properly and shoes

3. Children need to carry their almanac to school everyday. It must have their photograph and complete

4. Children should carry a bag of convenient size to carry their bottle and school almanac.

5. The child will not be handed over to any unknown person without any authorization from the parent’s

6. Parents who are not availing of the transport facility are requested to drop their child to school on time.

7. The school office should be immediately informed of any change of address or telephone number.

8. Parent Teacher Meetings play a positive role in monitoring the progress of your child. Kindly attend the

11. Please keep a set of extra clothes (neatly labeled) in the child’s school bag. These could be used in case

12. Parents are requested to take out the circulars attached in the almanac and send the almanac back to

13. Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before

    • Chicken pox : Till complete falling of the scars

    • Cholera : Till the child is completely well

    • Measles : Two weeks after the rashes disappears

    • Mumps : Until the swelling has gone ( about 1 month )

    • Jaundice : Six weeks after recovery

    • Whooping cough : Six weeks after recovery

    • Fever : Till the child is completely well

Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days renders the

student liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls . Re - admission may be granted only on payment of

fresh admission fee.

SCHOOL FEES AND REFUNDS

1. Admission fee, Annual fee and Quarterly fee for the first quarter to be paid at the time of Enrolment.

2. Annual fee is payable at the time of admission and subsequently in the month of April i.e. at the beginning

3. The tuition fee and transport fee are charged and paid quarterly.

4. All fees must be duly paid before the start of the next quarter.

5. Last date for payment of fee are as follows:

   • Quarterly fee 1 : 10th April

   • Quarterly fee 2 : 10th July

   • Quarterly fee 3 : 10th October

   • Quarterly fee 4 : 10th January

6. The fee for the respective quarter should be deposited at the school by the 10th of the first month of

7. Late payment or failure to pay will jeopardise your child’s placement at the school and may result in your

8. In case of withdrawal of the child in the mid-session no amount is refundable.

9. All fees are non-refundable including the Admission, Annual and tuition fees.

10. The fee for the next quarter has to be paid within 10 days of receiving the payment reminder.

11. Once a child has registered and has attended school any fees for the term are non-refundable but due in

12. Payment can be made through cash, bank draft and cheque. Cheque will be accepted for an amount of

13. Please write the Child’s Name, Admission No., Phone No. and Class behind the cheque or draft.

14. The fees and other charges are liable to change and the school reserves the right to revise them.

15. Transportation Fee is additional and is subject to revision with time.

16. All payments are non-refundable , non-negotiable and non -transferable.

17. Charges for Uniform, Books , Stationery and Bag will be additional.

WITHDRAWALS

1. Application for withdrawal of students from the school should be submitted in writing, on the school's

2. If a student leaves school before the end of a term, fees will be payable for the full quarter.

3. Those who leave the school in the month of May must pay the fee for the month of June as well.

TRANSPORT

1. The transport is a facility that is being provided by the school for the safety of the children and

2. The transport charges also need to be paid quarterly.

3. Parents will ensure that the child is ready at the scheduled time for pick-up so that the transport is able to

4. A female staff from school will accompany the children in the transport. The staff will not be responsible

5. The child will be handed over only to the designated person as specified in the Transport Card.
