At Mothers’ Mount schools we not only believe in this statement, but also follow it completely. We firmly believe that each child has the potential to excel. We just need to trust them and provide them with the right environment so that they are able to showcase that potential.
The month of August was full of excitement for the children. They celebrated the bond of friendship on one hand, and the bond of brother-sister love on the other. Independence Day was celebrated with equal enthusiasm and gusto. Thank you for encouraging your child to participate in the Show-and-Tell activity.
Participation in activities is a very important step in fostering confidence in children. Numerous activities pertaining to experiential learning were held at school. We are also doing positive affirmations with the children on a daily basis.
The theme for the month of September is “The Animal Kingdom - Domestic, Wild, Snow, Aquatic”. We would be covering this topic through worksheets, activities, rhymes and montessori. The continent of the month is “Europe”.
Numerous exciting activities have been planned for the students this month as well including National and International Days, excursion to the National Zoological Park and much more. Please ensure that the children attend the school regularly and on time so that they are able to actively participate in each activity. We would also be conducting the PTM where the ‘development cards’ for children would be shown to the parents.
